The materials behind our shelters are chosen for resilience, ensuring long-term protection and reliability.
Materials That Matter
Our UV-stabilised RipStop PVC covers are not only weather-resistant but also lightweight, ensuring easy setup and maintenance. These covers are crafted to endure the toughest conditions while offering long-lasting protection.
Colour options available, but we prefer white, as its up to 20degrees cooler than others, which also prevents stretching and contracting.
Hot-dipped galvanised steel frames form the backbone of our shelters. With superior resistance to rust and corrosion, they ensure stability and durability for years to come.

Stronger, More Durable Covers
Not all covers are created equal. Unlike others using lightweight 280gsm PE or Tuffspan (PE), we exclusively use heavy-duty, fire-retardant, Rip Stop 610gsm UV-stabilised PVC covers—the same material trusted by truckies and international transport companies. This is the strongest, most durable cover available, providing superior tensile strength and lasting up to 7x longer than PE alternatives in harsh conditions.
Why Rolled Steel, Not Box Steel?
Strength matters. Just like high-pressure gas cylinders are round to evenly distribute stress, we use heavy-gauge, rolled (round) structural steel portals and purlins. Unlike weaker box steel, our round steel design handles significantly higher loads, preventing structural failure under extreme pressure.
Each portal is mounted to a pre-welded spigot and galvanised base plate, ensuring the strongest possible foundation. This mounting method enhances tensioning, allowing our heavyweight PVC covers to distribute stress evenly for maximum durability and longevity.
